Our Community Commitment!

 

If you volunteer for one day during the buying process, anywhere in your community, we will contribute $500 to your closing costs!!  

 

We volunteer our time to teach Home Buyer Seminars more than once every month.  We believe that education and advocacy are essential for home buyers to be protected from predatory selling and lending practices.     In term, we support our clients getting out and getting a flavor of what it is like to volunteer in their new community!   If you get out there and get involved, when working with our Realtors, you will receive a $500 credit towards your closing costs!!

 

Our workshop curriculum recognizes the need for responsible and sustainable growth, and we hope that our Volunteer program is a tangible example of this community involvement.
