  14. With your agent and loan officer arrange a closing date with an escrow company.  Inform your lender of the closing date.

  15. Moving plans, are you using a moving company or moving yourself.

  16. Contact your mortgage company to confirm your loan approval and get an updated Good Faith Estimate.

  17. Final walk through with your real estate agent.

  18. Sign your closing papers.

  19. Move into your new home!
